At the end of April 2026, Palantir (aka The Evil Corporation) published a 22-point manifesto called The Technological Republic on the X network. Those 22 points were mainly written by Alex Karp and Nicholas Zamiska (a lawyer and one of the CEOs of Palantir), while Peter Thiel stood aside – which does not mean that he disagrees, but quite the opposite – that he approved but hated to write. This is the Dark Manifesto.
Reactions of progressive forces
This manifesto is written in a style and language that would put even the most flamboyant movie villain to shame. The style is sociopathic, arrogant, and oozes contempt for the rest of humanity, literally as you read it, you feel like you are being treated like lice to be squashed. Basically, these 22 points are what Yanis Varoufakis explains in his book Technofeudalism – What Killed Capitalism. Varoufakis has also analyzed and translated the Manifesto point by point.
A number of Canadian intellectuals spoke out on the occasion of this techno-fascist manifesto. For example, Céline Castets-Renard, an expert in International and Comparative AI Law wrote the following:
“By publishing his ‘Manifesto’ – containing twenty-two principles from the book *Republic of Technology* (2025) – on the X platform, Palantir CEO Alex Karp affirms his dystopian, techno-fascist vision of the world and the role that artificial intelligence plays as an operational system for the US military and ICE in joining forces with the Trump administration: the far-right ideologies and anti-humanist economic interests they represent are outrageous and should prompt us to resistance.”
Many other media outlets and intellectuals have also spoken out about this, and there are entire podcasts and discussions on YT.
What needs to be paid special attention to, in order to understand how Palantir is an occult and fascist organization, and how insane and disturbed the thinking and manifestos of its CEOs are, is that the number of 22 points is not accidental – it is the number of the arcana in the tarot. This is the same occult team that delights in false knowledge, pseudoscience and witchcraft, the only problem is that they also have real power.
Although Alex Karp often presents himself as a “philosopher of the company”, Palantir's philosophy is largely a legacy of Curtis Yarvin, and is also associated with what has been described as TESCREAL, a pseudo-philosophy of super-rich tech moguls that has no place for humanity. The Palantir itself, let's not forget, was named after the all-seeing orb from The Lord of the Rings – which is a very good description for the evil of surveillance capitalism, because palantirs can only be controlled by Sauron, the epitome of evil in the trilogy, and he is the one who sees through the palantirs.
Let's remind – Palantir's technology is used by many governments. And yes – it is also used in the genocide against Palestinians, Palestine is a kind of controlled experiment for Palantir on what they could do. Human clinical study of surveillance and precision target shooting. Palantir is nothing but snuff production. The lowest form of existence, companies and people devoid of humanity, monsters.
What is written in the Dark Manifesto of the Technological Republic
In the manifesto, Palantir's CEOs advocate serving the ruling class (superrich tech moguls – Thiel, Musk, Bezos, Karp, Zukerbeg, Altman and their satellites and MAGA conservatives) and AI surveillance of citizens, i.e. surveillance capitalism in the service of the superrich, corrupt and conservative. He advocates freedom, but only for the ruling class. The proclamation also talks about the moral duty of technology companies to participate in defense.
Karp has already announced with great sweetness that tech despotism is taking bread and power away from women – mainly democratic and pro-leftist voters – because their jobs are most threatened by the AI revolution.
Also, the manifesto is entirely focused on serving technology for military purposes, instead of the benefit of humanity, health, science – “ If a US Marine asks for a better rifle, we should make it. Same with software.”
Also, this pamphlet shows the complete hatred of the Evil Corporation for public sector workers who it says we don't need to be priests. Eh, now if we combine this with Randian quasi-philosophy (Ayn Rand was never a high-quality philosopher, and her literature is in the rank of pulp fiction novels) and Thatcherism, we see that it is the same trajectory: the defunding of the public sector, which is then declared incompetent, and then privatization and deregulation are carried out, so that the old precautions, checks, and investigations are no longer valid. This applies to health, education, medicine, and food.
This is exactly what is happening in our country – the fact that you cannot get an examination makes you despise public health care, speak against it, and then you give the opportunity for someone to say that public health care should be abolished and that we should all go to the private sector because public health care is no good anyway. Instead of fighting for better public health. This destruction of the public sector often happens from within, under the influence of powerful and mediocre creatures within the institutions themselves, who like to be incorporated into private funds. Or that public kindergartens and schools are getting worse and worse, so people are trying to enroll their children in private kindergartens and schools. You agree to it yourself instead of fighting for the preservation of public institutions and their good financing.
The consequence of Thatcherism in the UK – is that today the NHS of the United Kingdom cannot cope with the needs of the nation.
Companies like Palantir consider regulation and rules to be a drag and burden for business. Because who would argue about whether an algorithm is humane and proves that it is not harmful and complies with a hundred or so rules?
By the way, the public sector, which Palantir cannot think of, still has some responsibility and conscience – because they are paid for with public spending money. Also, the public sector provides more or less equal opportunities for health and education to many who would not otherwise have a chance. The goal of corporations like Palantir is to keep as many people in poverty and at the bottom as possible.
Let's go back to the tarot-manifesto. It beatifies autocrats and oligarchs, dehumanizes all those who do not belong to the ruling class and announces the end of the atomic age and the beginning of the AI age. In other words, it's about AI now being the most powerful tool of human control and weapon of destruction.
In paragraph 15, he apostrophizes the denazification of post-war Germany and Japan as a mistake. In paragraph 18, he accuses us of being very rude for following the lives of public figures and poking our noses into some kind of Epstein files, as far as Palantir is concerned, it doesn't matter.
Towards the end, the manifesto complains about how the narrative that all cultures are equal is being served today, when in fact some are better and some are more regressive (which means more stupid) – this is a typical example of technological suprematism, which this union constantly advocates, not distinguishing at all between the terms culture and civilization, nor taking into account the historical facts of colonialism and postcolonialism as factors of development, exploitation, the creation of poverty and the creation of a continuous sequence of conflicts in enslaved parts of the world. The Second World War never stopped, it just turned into a chain of smaller wars that spilled over into each other – the wars in Korea, Vietnam, South America, Ireland, the Middle East and the Balkans are the continuity and legacy of colonialism, postcolonialism and the Second World War.
And as icing on the cake, in the manifesto we have outrage over inclusivity, over the anathematized DEI, diversity and exchange of ideas. This is again the suprematist's wet dream of clean ethnic and racial lines, and it is important to recognize it in time. Palantir knowingly and happily contributes to the American ICE, in the hunt for migrants, and their solutions were also used by the Mossad.
According to critics of Palantir, including Amnesty International, “Palantir has a history of flagrant disregard for international law and standards, both in violating the human rights of migrants in the United States and in its continued supply of artificial intelligence (AI) products and services to the Israeli military and intelligence services that are linked to Israel's genocide in Gaza.”
By the way, Thiel and Karp founded Palantir partly with their own money (PayPal), and partly with the support of the black money CIA venture capitalism fund In-Q-Tel. The CIA does not own this fund, but operates through contracts with the CIA. Today, Palantir is worth over $400 billion.
For this union of tech moguls, freedom means only one thing – freedom for them, and democracy is for the weak. Democracy in the sense of the right to equal opportunities, social, health care and education. They are in favor of meritocracy, but they consider themselves the team called to rule. Even MAGA is a transitional phase for them, they use the conservatives as a scapegoat to get rid of and use resources and power.
These are the de facto people who will brag about how they philanthropically help those who have lost their jobs due to artificial intelligence in the education, health, and administration sectors by offering them retraining as artisans – honest but difficult jobs that also require will and some talent. Women will be pushed against the wall to either marry well and bear children, to be supported by rich husbands (Commanders from Gilead The Handmaid's Tale) or to be maids. This is the world that the conservative-tech union is planning for us.
If it smells like technofascism, if it tickles like technofascism – then it is technofascism. They need deregulation so that no one can control them.
